Hawaii Democrats Watch the Convention

On August 28, Senator Obama accepted the Democratic Party's nomination for President of the United States.  More than 80,000 Americans were there to see this historic event, including the delegation from Hawaii. Many local Democrats gathered to watch this event:

Obama Family Visits Hawaii

Senator Obama and his family returned to Hawaii this month for a short vacation before the Democratic National Convention. More than 3,000 supporters greeted the family at a Friday afternoon rally near the airport. See photos from the event...
